Job Description (Competencies & Responsibilities)

Our clients are the largest brand advertisers in the world and they rely on Imavex to help them navigate the complex landscape of the Internet. As a Project Specialist you will report directly to the Senior Implementation Manager and work in conjunction with our professional team with the following roles, responsibilities, expectations, skills and requirements:


  • Acquiring and organization of website content for client websites
  • Lead the planning and implementation of a project and work directly with Imavex clients and Imavex team to complete website projects as efficiently and quickly as possible without sacrificing superior quality
  • Educate clients about the web development process and next steps, etc
  • Review and test all completed project tasks during the website development cycle; report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  • Domain and DNS setup, transfer, and configuration

Other Skills

  • Faithful and purposeful use of internal software tools (project tracking, time tracking, etc.)
  • Training of Imavex clients on how to use Imavex web based software tools through individual trainings and webinars
  • Consistently "WOW" Imavex clients through telephone and email based communications
  • Demonstrate personal commitment to the core values of the company
  • Miscellaneous responsibilities assigned by Imavex leadership

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, administration, or marketing, and/or
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification or other formal project management and process improvement training
  • 1 year or more of business related experience
