I will be dating myself a bit here, but I clearly remember manually turning the rotating dial on our family television set to watch The Munsters at 4:30pm everyday after school. We only had access to 3 channels and if you didn’t tune in at broadcast time, you would miss the show. Wow, have times changed. Literally, any type of programming is available 24/7 on every screen and device. The instant access to video based programming now is actually overwhelming; and if you’re a parent of young children, it’s actually a little concerning and frightening. We have some good news to share, there will soon be a positive, inspiring and family friendly alternative. A brand new OTT / Internet based television network called BriO TV (www.briotv.com). BriO’s original programming will connect its viewers with storylines that inspire and that will impact how they live each and every day. Imavex is proud to be partnered with BriO TV to provide the highest level of technical and marketing expertise, but even more importantly, we deeply share and are 100% inline with the passion and vision of the BriO TV founders and stakeholders. Imavex is currently building the web TV user site for the BriO TV Network, while simultaneously building its channel apps for Roku, AppleTV, AmazonFireTV, AndroidTV, and Chromecast. The technology built behind this site and these channel apps will empower BriO TV to offer a subscription-based site where original content can be consumed based on interests and categories.
